If you try to build a new workout habit or change the number on the scale this year, I welcome you. It is very commendable to setting a change in change.
But to give ourselves the best opportunity to do our best, we must combine the goal of certain self-image and self-knowledge.

Don’t just “go to XYZ diet” or “Give all of the sugar” or “Marathon Train”, especially if you have tried those things before and failed to fade with them.
This time something needs to be different.
- Make fewer changes.
- Choose one goal and focus on it.
- Choose a different training routine.
- Choose a different diet or food change.
- Choose another time of the day to process.
- Talk to a friend to join you so you don’t do alone.
- Make your new desired behavior useful or necessaryA number
Prove to yourself, you have learned something from your past attempts. Don’t let the failures of the past be in vain. They showed what he didn’t work For you.
This time try something else.

You are fully full right now and it’s great.
