Riding Spring Like Weather – BionicoldGuy:

We have been lucky enough to have a nice way to have our last rainstorms since our last row. It was cool but simple and sunny. These are great conditions for swimming. Last Tuesday, my group went to the southwest of Morgan at the end of the day, and then at the end of the Redwood Retreat. Great walk but I forgot to recharge one of my batteries. So I had to heal my single battery using it mainly to keep it on the rise group. Only the strength of the leg was only the legs at the bottom. This was a bright battle for me but still nice. Usually, Tuesday is considered easy to swim for me, but I recovered it as a hard day.

After that I had three days easier to riding, being a force on Thursday too. Then I continued on a hard walk on Saturday, and at the end of the intervals and sprints. I was tired after that, but I recovered well. I can leave two hard walks and two upper body-strength training weekly and still jump. 75 minutes was 75 minutes of easy recovery swimming, very soothing. I plan to enjoy this unless the rains will return, which seems to begin in early March.

Yesterday- El Toro northeast (Llagas Road)
