Boxing results: Kenshiro ‘The Amazing Boy’ Teraji stops Seigo Juri

WBC World Flight Champion Kenshiro ‘The Amazing Boy’ Teraji came from behind to stop WBA champion Seigo Yuri Akui in the twelfth and last round in the main event in a merger battle on Thursday night in Kokugikan, Tokyo, Japan.

Teraji, 25-1 (16) knocked akui, 21-3-1 (11) at 1:31 from 12 and the final round. In the third round, Akui rocked the terraj with the right side on the chin. In the sixth round, they turned around swinging on each other. In the eighth round, Akui took another round.

The results were 118-110, 117-111 and 116-112. The judge was Benjamin Rodriguez

Bantamweight Tomoya Tsuboi, 1-0 (1) knocked BoonruEg Phayom, 14-4 (14) at 2:34 from the planned eight-round fight in the second round.

In the second round, Tsuboi was Phayom vulnerable and stopped him.

Lightweight Yuki Nagano, 0-1) lost Southpaw Takumi Ebina, 2-1 (1) with a four-round unanimous decision.

The results were 38-37, 38-37 and 38-37.

Welterweight Junya Nemoto, 0-1) beat a four-round unanimous decision.
