Why do you need big? Why?

Entrepreneur Peter Barton was on the top of the world.

Until he was.

Barton lived a life that he dreamed of, he took a lot of damn good care of himself and his grandson was in his family.

And after one fatal day, his world was shattered.

Cancer Terminal Diagnosis.

The work became less important, but experiences stopped having sense. He tried to take the pieces when the future was mourning, he would not have reached a living. He would not be able to see his children grow older or aged with his wife.

One day Peter’s body was demolished, he was able to cancer, his head pain, and his spirit was lower than ever. He won, he told his supporting woman.

“I just don’t see meaning.”

Victor Frank was a type of Holocaust, a kind of psychotherapist and therapy called “logosperapy”.

After surviving the horrors of Osvitz and the horror of other concentration camps, he wrote the first project of his book. Searching for a person’s meaningTo be in style in nine days.

He even planned to publish it anonymous, but in the last second, it was convinced that he would attach his name to his survival history.

Since then, 16+ million copies have been sold and translated into 50+ languages.

The school’s idea, the loggerhead school is built on the idea that “the meaning of life is to find the meaning of life for each individual.” He often refer to Nietzsche’s famous saying.

“He who has why he lived can carry almost anything.”

Throughout this book, Frankle explains his thoughts and reflections on life because he was watching thousands of people who died or killed.

In this short book, the most launcher is the ability of Frankli to make the meaning of mankind and hope that one of the worst human sites has ever happened.

The second half of the book is deeply dive into “logosapy”, encouraging us to find our own special “meaning.”

“The meaning of life differs from man to man, day and hour.

You may not be diagnosed with terminal cancer, nor do they suffer the atrocities of the concentration camp.

But it’s probably a point in your life where you ask: “Why the hell I do what I do?”

We can think that asking the question means that something is wrong with us. That we are not living at the moment. That us need help.

Frankle feels differently. He thinks that this issue asks, is important and healthy.

“The biggest problem for any person is to find meaning in his life.”

What if there was an awkward conversation with yourself, it was actually part of the process.

Your “Great Why”

It takes extra efforts, we must feel hungry, we need to change our behavior. And our brains don’t want to do that.

This may be the “meaning of life” type items …

  • Why are we going to get up on 5 and go for a walk when it’s cold outside?
  • Why do we say yes to salads and lean protein when there are pancakes and cookies?
  • Why are we sweating (rough) and take weights (uncomfortable)?
  • Why do we force us to breathe strongly and run 5K or yes to say yoga class where we feel deeply self-conscious?

Having a constant reminder Why We do this, can often be the thing that follow us after the wormness of the motivation.

Perhaps we want to break our parents to learn the generation cycle of unhealthy relationships with food.

Maybe we want our children to see that we can be a strong mother that it is good to sweat and push ourselves.

Maybe we want to feel better about us when we look at the mirror, or that we know that we always feel better then Workout than we felt untilIn the region.

This week your challenge is to ask yourself why you are here.

  • Why are you ready to go with awkward thoughts and feelings that come with changes?
  • Why are you ready to try to learn new skill or adjust how you eat?
  • Why are you ready to get up early and spend less time on your sofa?

Continue to go deeper for your reasons. Continue to ask “Why” and see what comes out.

Write it down.

Put it on the post, note and stick one on your refrigerator, a mirror of the bathroom, car panel.
