EIH Limited, leader of the Oscheroi group, announced four new hotel projects in India. Discovered during the 75th annual meeting of the company in Delou Delhi, these developments are planned to improve the presence of EIH Limited in leisure and urban destinations.
Projects include:
- Oberoi, Girair-20-key Obueroy luxury withdrawal of the wildlife set in the middle of an orchard of 40 hectares, located near the Gere National Park.
- Obueroi, Heiderabad-Luxury Hotel with 220 keys located in the Hyderabad Trade Area, City Knowledge.
- Trendent, Nandi Hills-Hotel Triott of 150 keys located in the picturesque hill Nandi, north of Bengaluru.
- Trident, Fort Aguada-Hotel triple of 170 keys in the immediate vicinity of the 17th-century historic Fort Aguada in Goa.
These companies emphasize the company’s commitment to managing 25 property by 2030.
The initiative will have eight hotels owned or operated by EIH Limited, while 17 will be operated according to the Oscheri group through contracts.
This expansive pipeline includes 16 Indian hotels and nine international locations like London, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Upon completion, the properties will add 2,033 keys to the portfolio, with 18 under the Obueroi brand and seven under the Tradent brand.
Arjun Oseroi, executive president of the Beroi group, highlighted the company’s strategic focus, stating: “Our growth trajectory is guided by a clear strategic focus: expanding high-potential markets, delivering authentic and unforgettable guest experiences.”
The company is also planning to launch the Oberroy Reigarch palace in Kayuraho and two Oberroy Neil Dahabeas by the end of 2025.
Vikram Oseroi, CEO of the Oberoi group, noted: “Our development strategy is shaped by deep consumer insights, a sharp understanding of market dynamics and stable long -term vision.”
The EIH Limited celebrates its 75th anniversary and the Obuerio group marks 90 years in hospitality. Hotels and resorts of Oscheroi was named the best hotel group in the world by the Telegraph Awards Travel UK 2025 and ranked number two globally in the best awards in the world trips for travel.
