I have discussed Previous posts: How do I like a pedal leg to stand on a vertical bike? This challenges aerobo and feels a little such a run, which is great for the ex-run. But recently I haven’t been able to do it a lot, because my SI is a joint complaint. This itself is not so bad, but it can be a premature SCIATICA sign that I definitely want to avoid. I mentioned you have problems with it Past A number but I remembered my SI joint belt can help it so I’ve tried recently. I add little bit more in position, and today I was able to leave without problems. I did it in Anderson Lake Park and the dirty ways near Koit Creek Trail. I forgot how it allows me to handle a tougher terrain because your feet absorb very vibrations when they stand.

I also avoided my vertical bike from a long tour, but I fined the SI joint zone on a group walk last Tuesday. I will be nice to drive straight and add more variety in my training.
