We are now passing a little hot extraordinary, not so extreme, but in the 90s F (33 C or So) reach high. It happens during the day, and it stays much cooler in the morning. So I do all my forces in the training and earlier riding. I have had some good cyclists including hills in the east of Gilro and Monday at Coyote Lake Rd. I’m glad to be able to bypass longer in my direction without SI joint or sciatica problems, including standing for a long time. I also make my betrayal with some longer cruises.
As I mentioned a few weeks ago, I focused on “Basic Workouts” during my riding and slightly blow. 3 1/2 to 4 hours I did a few rides and decided I didn’t enjoy the 3 hour surpassment (which I do now once a week), so I cut it a little. But I still have a lot of riding “to build a basis.” I will continue that for several weeks and then repeat MAF test to see if my aerobic function is improved.
