Khataev’s chin vs. Morrel’s power

Teddy Atlanta predicts that Imam Khatev will give David Morrel on Saturday night a “test” of their 10 round lightweight heavyweight battle on July 12 at Louis Armstrong Stadium in Queens, New York. Atlas watched some of the 2020 Olympic bronze medalist Khataev, and he notes that he has a good chin. He may be able to use Morrel’s power.

Morrell (11-1, 9 Kos) returns to a world-class race after a loss to David Benavidez in February last year. Former two division world champion Morrel does not believe he then takes a weak opposition. He wants to prove that his doubts are wrong, and to strengthen himself as the world title as soon as possible. Morrell says he would be open to a repeat match with Benavidez “100%”.

Morrel Punching Power

“I think Morrell gets the test here. It could be how good the chin Khataev is. What I’ve seen from Khataev is that he has a good chin. Have I seen him hit Morrell? No,” said Teddy Atlanta on his canall. “Morrell is a slightly better punch than what I have seen as he hit. Morrel talent will probably show himself.”

The Khataev opposition as a professional has been terrible. Despite his Olympic background, Khataev’s leadership has chosen to match him as the green chronicles. How many waste, as Khtaev was 27, when he became professional. This is not a young person who comes to professional ranks. Their last four years had to be quickly tracked rather than matching with tomato cans.

“I think Benavidez’s fight was a learning experience for David Morrel, who was inexperienced the general competition record and caliber provided by David Benavidez,” said commenter Chris Mannix Dazn box About Saturday’s fight between David Morrel and Imam Kheva.

Benavidez’s fight showed Morrel and his coach that he couldn’t cope with one shot with one shot at a lightweight weight. There are too many fighters that focus on combined piercing as Benwidez does, and Morrell can’t afford to throw one at the same time, hoping he will be able to hit. His power is not the same at the age of 175 as at the age of 168.

Morrell’s Benavidez Fighting Classes

“It was not that Morrel was beaten in this fight. He was competitive in everything and he was believed to beat the best man in 175. David Benavidez is Elite,” Mannix said. “I think he will be a better fighter as a result. When you face this type of competition, it can only help you grow up as a fighter.”

Morrell knows that he cannot stick to the ropes and let Khataev land on him with his best power blows, just as he is against Benavidez. It was a mistake. We saw Morrell doing this several times against the Mexican monster.

He allowed Benavidez to prevail by throwing quick combinations and not responding back with his own. It was not enough for the big shot, which Morrel threw in between was not enough.
