We have recently had a small thermal wave, but it’s still cool, so I’ve got out of my walks soon. Wednesday I had a lasting adventure 50 miles, including a lot of racing of the city hills that lasted a little more than 3/2 hours. Friday I did another 3 hours + swim, this time staying more on the east side. Yesterday I did a hard day, including the training of force and the armchair, then went about an hour in my direction. This was mainly standing a pedal, which continues to get better without any consequences on my joints.
