6: Define clear goals
Set your goals for SSU. Whether it loses weight, building muscles or improving stability, setting clear goals will help you stay focused and motivated.
7. Take the notes to follow the progress
Register your weight and measurements before SSU starts. This will be the key to follow your progress, indicating your achievements at the end of the summer.
8. Join the accountability group

9. Plan your training time
Block the time in your calendar or is planned for your workouts. Make it a priority, planning it in advance and treat it any other important appointment.
