I had a fun week to walk this week. Tuesday I went with “RES vessels” and went out and returned to Cassa Loma road with my band, a favorite local walk. This was my straightforward wearing my SI joint belt and my SI tolerated it good. I’m still doing well for a longer period of time – a few times a week. I have also been able to walk much further away without problems. I’m happy with it because I have visited my brother in Phoenix when traveling, or other times, I like to walk a lot when the bicycle is not comfortable.
My other trips and upper body workout went all well, except for Wednesday, when I was a little worried about walking in my heart jacket. It turns out that I accidentally took the extra parade of Metoprolol at the night that my heart rate was lower than I’m painting. What I enjoy the most, a great quick stable state swimming, which usually works at an average heart rate for me in the neighborhood of 110. I decided to focus on doing much more and reduce one hard walk in a week. This is very similar to basic training techniques Dr. Phil MafettoIt is also known as “MAF method” (for maximum aerobic function). If I followed it to the letter, I really need to miss a hard day, but I want to keep the strength and speed that I have already “build the foundation.” Friday “MAF Time Trial” that sees how fast you can go to a course when your target remains at the maximum level of your target, 110 for me. I ran a Local course with only 7 mileswhich lasted 31 minutes 45 seconds (no electrical assistance). The idea is to repeat this once a month, and if my aerobic capabilities have improved, time must continue to go down. It will be interesting to see how this turns out, but I can say so far that this is a very pleasant way to train.
