Don’t look at anger

2024 approaches nearby, so I wanted to hit you with one last newsletter before the chaos of 2025 kicks off.

It’s time for the year when our brain will almost automatically affect last year.

What went right, what was wrong?

What we arrived was what we could not follow.

If you are something like me, it’s easy to override “What’s wrong” and feel all kinds of negative emotions around it.

We may be guilty back on something we did or didn’t do. As I mentioned earlier in the newsletter, I have someone who has The maximum number of “Catholic sin” Although I’m not religious.

Write these things down. Pay attention to the feelings you feel when you look back. Write what you have learned and how it can inform about future decisions or your choice.

You may have learned that you hate the run, or which dot leave was an absolute failure, or that the parent was first mixed with your life.

These are all things that happened. Now we need to decide what kind of feeling to use such cases.
