I’m doing a man stretching every night, partially based on what I have taken in yoga books and classes on physical therapy, which I have accumulated from various diseases or injuries. I think it’s much more soothing and fun, if I do, paying attention to every exercise, not to watch TV at the same time. I suggested that as a strategy for overcoming here back in Pas.
Unfortunately, I tend to get out of this habit if there is a particularly interesting thing about television. The last time it happened last year at the NBA playoffs. When they are the first to watch there is a big feedback of games. So I decide that it is temporarily well seen when I do the stretch. But the playoffs ended last year in June, and I did not return to everyday life to everyday life. So many “temporarily” for justification.
Over the past few days I have restored my vigilant stretch and confirmed how much soothing it calms it. I hope to be able to fight with excuses next time.
This case prompted me to read more on thinking yoga, and I found books about it on Amazon. So I tried Mittel Yoga Practice By Hannah Ross. This is a good book that is very good advice on injection of your daily life. I would advise them only for those who already have yoga or stretching routine. Hannah gives a daily duty at the end of the book, but the instructions are exclusively in the text, not pictures, which is difficult to learn from beginners.
