The owner of the national representative of RW has been sued in Tennessee for an overwhelming American flag at several locations over his stores.

Camping World CEO, RW’s national dealer with 200 plus locations, faces a lawsuit from another city over its mass -American flag that waves outside the dealers.

City leaders in Greenville, NK., Voted 4-2 last week to initiate legal action to download the American flag of advocacy in the camping world. Voting came under another lawsuit filed by the city of Sevirville, Tennessee.

“Not when they are suing, not when I lose, not if they take me to jail, the flag is not lowering,” CEO of Camps World Cups, Marcus Lemonis, last week after the city council in Greenville, North Carolina, voted for authorization to submit a civic action against the company. “While I respect the position of the city council and while I understand that they have the right to sue me, they go and I understand that I have the right to defend myself, the flag never descends.”

“They have to sue me, not business, because I put the flags everywhere,” he added.

Greenville City Council said the flag was almost the size of a 3,200 -square -foot basketball court. It flies on a 130 -meter -high pillar, almost twice as much as what is allowed right now.
