Nair has named the new D -CEO of Hindus Unilever, in force on August 1, 2025

Hindustan Unilever Ltd (Hull) has announced that Nair will take over as CEO and Chief Executive Officer, starting from August 1, 2025. The company’s board approved its appointment for a five -year term.

Nair, who currently serves as president of the business group – beauty and well -being in Unilever, oversee the 13 billion -euro portfolio in global markets. She will succeed Rohing Java, who will withdraw from her role at the end of the business on July 31, 2025. Java, who became a Dr. of Hull and CEO in 2023, withdraws after a deal with the board, ending a prominent 37-year career with Unilever, who included leadership roles in China and the Philippines.

Spicy CEO of Unilever with nearly 30 years of experience, Nair held several prominent Hull positions, including CEO of Home Care, as well as beauty and personal care, where he led the growth of brand leaders such as Dov, Rin and comfort. She also served as a global chief for beauty and well -being marketing, driving digital and brand transformation strategies around the world.

Nair has a Bachelor of Trade from Sidenham College and MBA from the Institute of Business Management Symbiosis, Puna. She has also completed an executive education at the Harvard Business School.

In filling out the exchange, Hull highlighted Nair’s achievements as a global CMO, noting that it made the social first marketing approaches, expanded the influence -driven innovation and launched global campaigns aimed at repositioning Unilever’s beauty brands to like younger.

Hull’s shares were closed to 2,407.00 Rs, which is a decrease of 0.68 %. The action received 3.66% of the year.
