“Epic 3-hour …”: US Podkaster Friedman calls Prime Minister Modi interview “One of the deepest experiences” of his life

The highly expected conversation of US podcast Lex Friedman with Prime Minister Narendra Modi was announced on Sunday, March 16, 2025.

Sharing X (formerly Twitter), Friedman described the three -hour discussion as one of the deepest experiences in his life.

“I had an epic 3-hour conversation with a podcast with @Narendramodi, Prime Minister of India. It was one of the most powerful conversations in my life. Tomorrowe is out tomorrow, “he said.

Friedman announced the interview on January 19, revealing plans to visit India for the first time. “I’ve never been to India, so I’m excited to finally visit and have experienced many aspects of its vibrant, historical culture and its incredible people as much as I can,” he said.

Prior to the interview, Podkaster expressed deep admiration for Prime Minister Modi, calling him “one of the most fascinating human beings” he once studied. Known for his long-standing discussions, Friedman also prepared for the interview by taking 48 to 72 hours-recognition of the prime minister’s practice for a multi-day fast.

This marks the second Podcast appearance of PM Modi after talking to Zeroda co-founder Nikil Kama last month.

His upcoming conversation with Prime Minister Modi is expected to add another attractive chapter to that lineup.
